Welcome to Pass the Hat Café, the listening room of Endeavor Heights. Here you’ll find a growing collection of entrepreneurial songs written for classrooms, workshops, and everyday life. Each song is designed to teach mindsets and skillsets—and many are paired with organizations you can support through what we call Gratitunes: moments where listening leads to giving.
Entrepreneurial Songs for Classrooms, Teams, and Dreamers
Pass the Hat Café is home to a catalog of entrepreneurial songs—music that makes ideas like opportunity recognition, resilience, creativity, and collaboration feel human, memorable, and singable.
You can play songs for students or teams, download or stream them for workshops and events, and use them as openers, closers, or teaching moments in your programming.
Each song can be tagged by mindset, skillset, and use case so educators, facilitators, and entrepreneurs can quickly find the right tune for the moment.

A Gratitune is a song that doesn’t just make you think—it gives you a chance to give back.

Each Gratitune is paired with a nonprofit or initiative that advances entrepreneurial literacy, creativity, or opportunity. -

When you’re moved by the song, you can click through to donate directly to that organization. -
Toppertunity-powered support
Over time, our goal is to connect listening, plays, or performances of certain songs to contributions from a shared “hat” for our partner organizations.
You’re not just pressing play—you’re passing the hat to people doing meaningful work in the world.
Songs with a Cause, Not Just a Chorus
Some songs in Pass the Hat Café are written or designated to highlight specific themes and partners—for example:
- A song about youth creativity linked to an organization that helps young people publish their first books.
- A song about resilience supporting programs that help small business owners rebuild after setbacks.
- A song about opportunity paired with groups expanding access to entrepreneurial education.
As the café grows, we may even write custom songs for partner organizations, feature them during Toppertunity: The Musical performances, and use special Pass the Hat Nights to spotlight both the music and the mission.
Bring the Songs into Your Classroom or Program
If you teach entrepreneurship—or simply want to bring more mindset, story, and heart into your work—you can use these songs to open lessons, introduce Toppertunity mindsets and skillsets, or give students a chance to reflect, journal, or map their own success after listening.
We’ll be adding suggested discussion questions, activity ideas, and mindset/skillset connections for each song so you can plug them into your teaching with ease.
